The Power of Positive Thinking

As I sit here and make my plans for 2014, I realize that I have some huge projects!  Weight loss, over all health, organized home, work....it can be overwhelming.  My new approach is to take it in chunks rather than my "all of nothing" attitude!  I plan to reduce my weight 5 pounds at a time and organize my home one room at a time and I believe that along with small goals and positive thinking - it can be accomplished and become a lifestyle change.

I am looking forward to 2014!
